Room for two passions.
The work reconfigures the villa entrance around two everyday needs: charging an electric vehicle indoors and keeping road bicycles in a space where they can also be maintained.
Parking, charging and bicycle work areas are considered together. Wall storage, a workbench and a clear working zone make the garage a space to use, beyond simply parking a car.
The visualisations retain the existing villa massing and cream-and-burgundy facade palette. The attached garage terminates at the front balcony line, with vehicle and pedestrian access from the front road.
