A home across levels.

A level difference of approximately eight metres shapes the placement of NS Villa. A partly embedded basement, living spaces at different heights and terraces connect the house with its sloping site.

The reinforced concrete structure and concealed roof support the restrained expression of the light-coloured volumes. Architectural design, permits, site chief responsibilities and turnkey construction come together in the DMRL Mimarlık Mühendislik portfolio.
