Can you promise a fixed permit duration?
Timing depends on the project, documentation, discipline coordination and the authority’s review. A project-specific programme can be discussed after the initial assessment.
Does permit work include site construction?
Not automatically. Construction, contracting and site chief responsibilities are separate scopes when applicable. Our UES Houses work covers project coordination, municipal processes and permits.
