UES Houses consists of six homes arranged as 2 + 1 + 2 + 1 across four neighbouring plots, with 415.25 m² total construction area recorded in the drawings. Low-rise volumes are organised around shaded verandas and outdoor living.

For this realised project, DMRL Mimarlık Mühendislik managed the municipal, project coordination and permit processes. The scope excludes on-site construction and contracting. The views describe an individual house and its spatial character.
